Refund policy

All sales are final. All prints are original, hand-pulled directly from the stump/plant material itself. No two prints are the exactly the same and each will have slight variations. Each print cannot be replicated and is unique.

Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges. However, if there is a problem with your order please contact me.

PACKAGE LIABILITY

I hold no responsibility for stolen/lost packages once they have been placed into the hands of the postal service. If you are worried about your order safely arriving to you please contact to arrange tracking before purchasing. 

If your shipment is damaged in the transit, please email me and I will work to make sure you are happy with your order (a photograph of the issue will be necessary).
